Getting Lost in Hong Kong 2

“The first condition of understanding a foreign country is to smell it.” – Rudyard Kipling

After three days of non-stop walking, went back to Manila, more tired than ever :-)

Getting Lost in Hong Kong 1

“Tourists don’t know where they’ve been, travelers don’t know where they’re going.” – Paul Theroux

I can't believe we walked for over an hour along the stretch of Nathan Road looking for our hostel WITH ALL OUR BAGGAGE. Who in their right mind does that?

The Greenlands, Tagaytay Highlands

Going up here every week doesn't feel like work at all.

When you get the chance to visit, be sure to drop by the Bistro Saratoga. Try the hearty organic salads (the Mango Vinaigrette is my favorite) served with freshly baked wheat bread with garlic ranch and basil spread. This probably is the most fresh salad I've had in my life.

Before going home, I got to pick my own organic produce at the Pick-and-Pay Market. Going to the market has never been this fun.
